To maintain the beauty of Pantano Vista, the dimensions of mobile homes
permitted in the park must meet the following minimum specifications unless
prior approval has been given:

Width: 26 feet
Monthly Lot Rent:
Standard: $305
Premium: $315
Deluxe: $335
Security deposit of $400
Pet deposit of $100 & monthly pet fee of $20 (no pets over 30 pounds)
Monthly pet fee may be waived after 1 year.
Lot rent includes all amenities, trash removal and maintenance of common
areas.
Utilities are underground and are individually metered by Tucson Electric,
Southwest Gas, Tucson Water and Cox Cable.
Rules & regulations for the common enjoyment of our community:

over the patio and carport
- All satellite dishes
